Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case; he has committed no offence; entire prosecution story is false and fake. It has further been submitted that the applicant is not named in the F.I.R.; nothing has been recovered from the possession of the applicant. The recovery shown by police from the possession of the applicant is totally false and fake. It is further contended that alleged recovery of Mangal Sutra is not the subject matter of present crime number and there is no description of Mangal Sutra in the F.I.R. The said Mangal Sutra was not identified by Informant. He further pointed out that coaccused Rahim, Moin, Tauhid, Ehsan @ Sabir and Ajay and Sanu @ Sonu has been granted bail vide orders dated 13.3.2018, 12.1.2017, 9.11.2017 and 24.1.2017 in Criminal Misc. Bail Application Nos. 2522 of 2018, 33221 of 2016, 6507 of 2017 and 1720 of 2017 respectively and the case of the applicant stands of identical footing, hence the applicant is also entitled for bail on the ground of parity. Applicant is in jail since 22.2.2016. It is further submitted that there is no possibility of the applicant's fleeing away from the judicial process or tampering with the witnesses. In case the applicant is enlarged on bail, he shall not misuse the liberty of bail.
