Applicant has moved the present bail application seeking bail in Case Crime No.162 of 2018 u/s 376D,120B IPC PS Kairana District Shamli.
I have perused the FIR as well as the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 CrPC, copy of which has been annexed at page 20 of the bail application.
Moreover, looking to the seriousness of the allegation as made in the FIR, gravity of offence and the severity of punishment, no case for grant of any indulgence is made out at this stage.
Accordingly, the application for bail is rejected at this stage.
