Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case due to ulterior motive and he has committed no offence. It is further submitted that false recovery of one 315 bore and one 32 bore country made pistols alongwith other articles have been shown from the possession of the applicant, but there is no independent or public witness of the alleged recovery. The applicant is a blacksmith, who create object from steel and nothing has been recovered from his possession. Several other submissions in order to demonstrate the falsity of the allegations made against the applicant have also been placed forth before the court. The circumstances which, according to the counsel, led to the false implication of the accused has also been touched upon at length. It has been assured on behalf of the applicant that he is ready to cooperate with the process of law and shall faithfully make himself available before the court whenever required. It has also been submitted that the applicant is languishing in jail since 23.10.2018. It is pointed by the learned AGA that the applicant has criminal history of 4 cases, to which learned counsel for the applicant submits that he is on bail in all these cases.
