Heard Sri Sukhvir Singh, learned counsel for the applicant and Kumari Meena, learned AGA appearing for the State.
This is bail application moved on behalf of applicant praying to enlarge him on bail in Case Crime No.640 of 2017, under Sections 394, 302, 201, IPC, Police Station Subhash Nagar, District Bareilly.
Perusal of the record shows that applicant has been named in the FIR; specific role has been assigned to the applicant; the applicant was also caught at the spot where the body of deceased was found and handed over to the police personnel; the applicant also has motive to commit the alleged crime; the applicant is languishing in jail since 30.12.2017.
In view of the above, no case for grant of any indulgence is made out.
Accordingly, the bail application is hereby rejected at this stage. Order Date :- 10.7.2019 VKG
