Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.

It has been contended by the learned counsel for the applicant that four cases have been shown against the applicant in the Gang Chart and in the said cases, the applicant has been granted bail by the competent Court. The applicant is in jail since 1.1.2018.Criminal history of sixteen cases of the applicant has been explained in paragraph-3 of the supplementary affidavit.

Learned A.G.A. opposed the prayer for bail.

Keeping in view the nature of submissions advanced and the provisions of Section 19 of the U.P. Gangsters and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, let the applicant- Bablu Harijan @Kante @ Nate involved in Case Crime No. 706 of 2017 under Section 3(1) of U.P. Gangsters and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, Police StationMughalsarai, District Chandauli be enlarged on bail on his executing a personal bond and furnishing two sureties, each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned subject to the following condition:-

The applicant shall continue to attend the court concerned on the date fixed after release.

He will not tamper with the witnesses.

¶11

He will not indulge in any illegal activities during the bail period.

¶12

It is further directed that the identity, status and residence proof of the sureties be verified by the authorities concerned before they are accepted.

¶13

In case of breach of any of the above conditions, the trial court will be at liberty to cancel the bail.
