A perusal of record shows that the occurrence is said to have taken place on 08.03.2018 and the FIR was lodged on 10.03.2018, wherein it was alleged by the informant that he, his wife and his son have gone to the field to cut the crops on 08.03.2018, but when they returned to the house in the evening, they could not find their daughter at home, who is aged about 18 years. Thereafter, they made search for her, but she could not be traced out. They came to know that two boys namely Shailendra and Kaliya, who belong to the District-Ashok Nagar (Madhya Pradesh), have taken and enticed his daughter on a motor cycle. It has been contended by the learned counsel for the applicant that during the course of investigation, the Investigating Officer recorded the statement of the prosecutrix on 20.03.2018 and her statement under Section 164 Cr. P.C. was also recorded on 21.03.2018. She was also medically examined on 29.03.2018. As per the medical examination report, she is major and she is a consenting party. The medical report of the victim does not indicate any allegation of rape against the applicant. The applicant has been falsely implicated in the case. The applicant has no criminal history. The applicant undertakes that he will not misuse the liberty of bail. The applicant is in custody since 10.04.2018.
