Supplementary affidavit has been filed by learned counsel for the applicant, is taken on record.

Heard Sri Devendra Pratap Yadav holding brief of Sri Awadhesh Kumar, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri G.N. Kanaujiya, learned A.G.A. for State and perused the material available on record.

This bail application has been filed by the accused-applicant Ravi, who is involved in Case Crime No.218 of 2019, under Section 3/5/8 U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, Police Station Kotwali Ajeetmal, District Auraiya.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant is wholly innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case due to ulterior motive. He further contended that the applicant has not been arrested on spot and no incriminating articles have been recovered from his possession. He further argued that the fact mentioned in paragraph no. 3 of supplementary affidavit has not been controverted by State. Applicant is in jail since 26.6.2019. It is further submitted that there is no possibility of the applicant fleeing away from the judicial process or tampering with the witnesses. In case the applicant is enlarged on bail, he shall not misuse the liberty of bail.
