Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material on record.
By means of this application, the applicant who is involved in Case Crime No.233 of 2019, under Sections 406, 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 I.P.C., Police Station Mugalsarai, District Chandauli.
It has been alleged in the F.I.R. that Rs.1 lac was taken from the complainant Mata Prasad S/o Uma Nand on the false promise that he will be sent to Saudi Arabia and it was alleged in the F.I.R. that Rs. 50,000/- was given on 25.06.2018 to Dr. Niyazuddin Siddiqui alias Pappu, resident of Bahadurpur road Parau, Varanasi in cash and rest money was transferred in the account of Ram Chandra A/c No.34385472053 S.B.I on 09.07.2018. It was further mentioned in the F.I.R that both the accused called him and gave him Visa and Ticket of Sri Lanka. It was also alleges that ticket and visa both were fabricated and this F.I.R. was lodged and the accused were arrested.
