Applicant has moved the present bail application seeking bail in Case Crime No.0268 of 2018 ST No.237 of 2018 u/s 452, 304, 323, 506 IPC PS Erwakatara District Auraiya.
Perusal of the record shows that the applicant has been named in the FIR. Specific role has been assigned to the applicant. The deceased is a lady and she received as many as six injuries.
Moreover, looking to the seriousness of the allegation as made in the FIR, gravity of offence and the severity of punishment, no case for grant of any indulgence is made out at this stage.
Accordingly, the application for bail is rejected at this stage.
