Counter affidavit has been filed today, which is taken on record. Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A.

This is a bail application on behalf of the applicant Suraj in connection with Case Crime No.20 of 2019, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 I.P.C., P.S. Jahanganj, District Farrukhabad.

The submission of learned counsel for the applicant is that the applicant is quite innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case with the ulterior motive. He further submitted that the applicant has not committed any forgery. The date of birth is the disputed fact. He further submitted that the alleged offences are triable by court of Magistrate. It is further contended that the co-accused Suneeta and Ashok Kumar has already been enlarged on bail vide order dated 02.04.2019 passed by this Court in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.313538 of 2019. He further submitted that previous criminal history of the applicant has been sufficiently explained in the bail application. He submitted that the applicant is languishing in jail since 12.02.2019 and in case, he is released on bail he will not misuse the liberty of bail and will cooperate in the trial. Learned A.G.A. has opposed the bail plea.
