Hon'ble Vipin Sinha,J.
Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A. G. A. for the State.
Applicant has moved the present second bail application seeking bail in Case Crime No. 96 of 2014, under Sections 302, 120B I.P.C., P.S. Jarcha, District Gautam Budh Nagar. The first bail application of the applicant was rejected vide order of this Court dated 27.3.2017 passed in crl. misc. bail application no. 10657 of 2017.
I have perused the prosecution story as set up in the F.I.R. and also the first bail rejection order by this Court.
The contention in the second bail application is only to the effect that in spite of specific direction being issued by this Court for concluding the trial while rejecting the first bail application, the trial has not yet been concluded.
It has been informed that even though are as many as fourteen witnesses but only one witness has been examined.
Issues for consideration
1 issue framed by the court
