Heard learned counsel for the applicant and Kumari Meena, learned AGA for the State.
This bail application moved on behalf of applicant praying to enlarge the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.847 of 2017, under Sections 363, 376, IPC, and Section 3/4 POCSO Act, 2012, Police Station Lisadi Gate, District Meerut.
We have perused the statement of the girl under Section 161 Cr.P.C., copy of which is annexed on page no.24 of affidavit filed in support of the bail application, in which specific role has been assigned to the applicant. We have also perused the statement of the girl made before the doctor, copy of which is annexed on page no.24 of affidavit filed in support of the bail application. We have also perused the statement of the girl under Section 164 Cr.P.C., copy of which is annexed on page no.41 of affidavit filed in support of the bail application, which also is consistent. The girl is minor.
In view of the above, no case for grant of any indulgence is made out.
Accordingly, the bail application is hereby rejected.
