It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that applicant is the husband of deceased. On the same day of incident, one application was moved by complainant before the police personnel stating therein that postmortem be conducted of body of deceased, later on, after one month of incident, present F.I.R. was lodge. At the time of inquest, postmortem and other functions, family members of deceased were also present. The applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. There is general allegations against the applicant. There is no independent witness and no legal evidence against the applicant. Offences levelled against the applicant are not attracted in the present matter. After one month of incident F.I.R. was lodged after thought and due legal consultation. Deceased has committed suicide herself, reasons better known to her. He is languishing in jail since 2.9.2018 (more than seven and half months) having no criminal history and in case he is released on bail, he will not misuse the liberty of bail and will cooperate in trial.
