Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
Learned counsel for the applicant does not press the prayer for bail and submits that only a direction be framed for the Sessions Judge to conclude the trial with expedition. He submits that all witnesses except one have already been examined by the concerned Court.
Accordingly and in view thereof, this application is disposed of with the observation that the concerned Sessions Judge shall endeavour to conclude the trial with expedition and strictly in accordance with the provisions made in Section 309 Cr.P.C.
