It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that as per gang chart two cases are alleged to have been shown against the applicant being Case Crime No.135 of 2017, under Sections 379, 411 I.P.C. and Case Crime No.185 of 2017, under Sections 328, 380, 411 I.P.C. and in both the cases the applicant has been granted bail, copies of bail orders are annexed as Annexures-3 and 4 to the affidavit accompanying the bail application. It is next contended that criminal history of the applicant has been explained in para nos.2 to 6 of the supplementary affidavit filed earlier. It is lastly contended that there is no possibility of the applicant of fleeing away from the judicial process or tampering with the witnesses and in case, the applicant is enlarged on bail, the applicant shall not misuse the liberty of bail. The applicant is in jail since 23.11.2017. Co-accused Prem Kishor @ Bhoora with same degree of accusation has been enlarged on bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 6.7.2018 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 15330 of 2018. Hence bail has been prayed for.
