Bail application has been moved by Bharat Dwivedi in Case Crime No. 135 of 2017, under Sections 498A, 306 I.P.C. and Section 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station Lalapur, District Allahabad, with contention that accused-applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number. The occurrence was of 9:30 A.M. of 15.10.2017 and report was lodged at about 13:30 P.M. on the same day against applicant and three others, with allegation that Smt. Sonam was subjected to be physically or mentally tortured, with regard to dowry, as a result she committed suicide. She was married on 25.05.2009, eight years have passed. The autopsy examination report is with ligature mark as ante mortem injury. No external injury was found their at. Applicant participated in inquest proceedings. The marriage of eight years and three issues were with this wedlock. No previous incident or complaint was ever reported. The information was given by applicant to informant. No criminal incident is there. Deceased Sonam had given her ornaments to her parents and brothers for keeping in safe and this was asked back which was refused by her parents resulting depression and this suicide. Bail has been prayed for.
