By means of the present application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. the applicant has made a prayer to give direction to the learned Additional Session Judge- Ist, Mau to decide the Criminal Appeal No. 18/2011, u/s 6-C, E.C. Act, P.S. Ranipur, District Mau, within a stipulated period.
Due to strike of Bar, learned counsel for the applicant is not appear in the court, accordingly, this application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. stands disposed of with the direction to the learned Appellate Court may decide the appeal which is pending since 2011 year within a period of six months without granting any unreasonable adjournment to the parties, if there is no legal impediment.
With the aforesaid observation, the application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. stands disposed of.
