It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicants that earlier he has filed an Application Under Section 482 Cr.P.C. No. 42926 of 2017 (Rahul vs. State of U.P. and others) with a prayer to quash the entire proceedings of Special Trial No. 224 of 2017 (State Vs. Rahul) arising out of Case Crime No. 936 of 2017, under Sections- 354(A), 504, 452, 504 IPC and Sections 3(1)(f) (s), 3(1)(w)(i) SC/ST Act, P.S.- Mehandawal, District- Sant Kabir Nagar pending before the Sessions Judge, Sant Kabir Nagar as well charge sheet dated 31.05.2017, in which prayer for quashing of proceedings and charge has been refused and the said application was disposed vide order dated 22.12.2017. Thereafter, the present application has been preferred with the same prayer.
After advancing the same argument, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that he does not want to press this application.
In view of the above, the application is rejected as withdrawn.
