I have heard learned A.G.A. and perused the material available on record.
The application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for quashing the order dated 14.09.2004 in complaint case no. 4253 of 2004 as well as for quashing of complaint and entire proceedings pending in the court of A.C.J.M., 13 Agra.
Sri Sudhir Kumar, learned counsel for the applicant submits that an application for withdrawal of present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has already been filed on 19.04.2011. He further submits that applicant does not want to press this application any further, hence the same may be treated as dismissed as not pressed.
As applicant does not want to press this application, any further, hence application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is, accordingly, dismissed as not pressed.
Stay order, if any, is vacated.
A copy of this order be transmitted to the lower court for compliance within one month.
