Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA and perused the record.
By means of the present application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. the applicant has made a prayer to give a direction to the Additional District and Session Judge, First kaushambi to pass an order on the application filed by the applicant u/s 153(3) Cr.P.C. in Case No. 1199 of 2018 (Rani Devi Vs. Stare of U.P.) within the time bound period or the next date fixed.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that the application u/s 156 (3) Cr.P.C. which was moved by the applicant is pending since October, 2018, has not been decided as yet.
Under the circumstances, it is expected from the court concerned to decide the matter within a period of two months from the production of certified copy of this order.
With the aforesaid observation, the instant applications stands disposed of.
