Heard Sri Ajay Vashistha, learned counsel for the applicants and the learned AGA for the State and perused the record.

This application under Section 482 CrPC has been filed with the prayer to quash the entire proceedings of Case No.3049 of 2009 under Sections 323, 504, 506 IPC, Police Station Sahawar, District Kanshiram Nagar pending in the Court of Judicial Magistrate, Kanshiram Nagar. Further prayer has been made to stay the proceedings of the aforesaid case.

Sri Ajay Vashistha, learned counsel appearing for the applicants states that both the parties have settled their dispute on the basis compromise. He intends to file compromise application before the trial court, therefore, he states that this application may be disposed of directing the court below to decide the bail application of the applicants in accordance with law.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is disposed of with a direction that in case the applicants surrender before the court below and apply for bail within 30 days from today, the same shall be considered and decided in view of the settled law. For a period of 30 days from today, no coercive action shall be taken against the applicants.

It is made clear that no further time shall be allowed to the applicants for surrender before the court concerned.

Interim order is vacated.
