Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State.
By means of the present 482 Cr.P.C. application, the applicant is assaiing the order of learned revisional court dated 06.09.2016 by which learned revisional court has confirmed the orders of learned Magistrate dated 10.03.2017 by which the applicant's application under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. has been rejected.
I have gone through the order and I do not find any illegality or perversity in the order impugned itself. The order passed by learned revisional court is confirmed, however it is open for the applicant to invoke the jurisdiction of Chapter XV of the Cr.P.C. for redressal of this grievance before the court concerned.
With the aforesaid observation, this application is disposed of finally.
