Sri Rajul Bhargava is shown as counsel in this case on behalf of accused applicants who is elevated to the Bench of this Court and because of which notice was issued to the accused applicants to engage another counsel which was in-fact issued and report has been received on 29.06.2019 of C.J.M., Mathura wherein it has been stated that accused applicants are not living on the given address for last more than 8 years and have left the place after selling off the property.
In view of the above fact that none is appearing on behalf of applicants, the present Application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is dismissed for want of prosecution.
