The present application under Section 482, Cr.P.C. has been filed for quashing the impugned order dated 24.9.2018 passed in Session Trial No.399 of 2011 (State Vs. Mahaveer and others) arising out of Case Crime No.33 of 2011, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 302, IPC and 7 Criminal Law Amendment Act, P.S. Malwan, District Fatehpur whereby the application filed by the applicant and others bearing No.70B/1 and 70B/2 was rejected.
It reflects from the record that the aforesaid application was filed for summoning the panchayatnama, which was rejected vide impugned order. I have perused the impugned order and find no illegality or infirmity in the order.
The present application lacks merit and is, accordingly, rejected.
