Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.

The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicant with the prayer to direct the Court below to expedite the trial of Case No.336 of 2018 (State Vs. Mujib), arising out of Case Crime No. 1454 of 2018, under Sections 364, 302, 201, 376-D, 377, 376-A I.P.C. and Section 5/6/7 POCSO Act, P.S. Moradnagar, District Ghaziabad, pending in the Court of Additional District Judge, Court No.8, Ghaziabad, within a stipulated period.

It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is the first informant in the aforesaid case in which opposite party nos. 2 and 3 are facing grave charge of gang-rape and unnatural intercourse against an infant girl of seven years. The charge-sheet was submitted in the year 2018. It is stated that till date the statement of PW-1 has been recorded and as the court is posting the matter after a long gap and the trial is moving at snails' pace and opposite parties who are very influential persons are exerting pressure for compromise.

Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case, the trial Court is directed to adopt all stern action for securing attendance of the witnesses and expedite the aforesaid trial and conclude the same strictly in accordance with law on day to day basis in consonance with the provisions of Section 309 Cr.P.C. without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of four months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment.

With the aforesaid observations, the present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. application is finally disposed of .
