Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.
The only prayer made by the applicant is that the concerned court below be directed to decide the Execution Case Nos. 158/18, 159/18 and 83/2019 arising out of Misc. Criminal Case No. 615/2014 within a stipulated period.
It has been argued by learned counsel for the applicant that an order of maintenance was passed in favour of the applicant on 28.10.2016 by Principal Judge Family Court, Ghaziabad and execution proceedings are pending since 11.09.3.2018, but not a single penny has been paid to the applicant so far in pursuance of award of maintenance. The only grievance of the applicant is that learned lower court may be directed to decide the aforesaid execution cases expeditiously.
Learned A.G.A. has no objection, if any such suitable direction is issued to the learned lower court.
Considering the submissions of learned counsel for the applicant and all aspects of the matter, learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Ghaziabad is directed to decide the aforesaid execution cases expeditiously. Learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Ghaziabad shall make every endeavour to decide these cases as early as possible.
With the aforesaid observations, the instant application is finally disposed of.
