This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C has been moved with a prayer to direct the court below to decide the Case No. 257/12 of 2015 (Smt. Sandhya Yadav vs. Anurag @ Anu) under section 125 Cr.P.C. Police Station Mohammadabad, District Farrukhabad.
It is contended by the learned counsel for the applicant that an application under section 125 Cr.P.C. is pending before the court below since 2015, hence a direction may be issued to expeditiously decide the case within stipulated time.
It is directed that the court below shall make all endeavour to decide this case expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from today, if there is no legal hurdle, without permitting undue adjournments to either side.
With this direction, this application is disposed of without issuing any notice to opposite party no.2 as it is an innocuous order. If the opposite party no. 2 feels aggrieved, he may approach this Court.
