The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for quashing the Charge-sheet dated 9.6.2018 and the cognizance order dated 1.4.2019 in Criminal Case No.131/IX/2019 (State Vs. Kanha), arising out of Case Crime No. 320 of 2018, under Sections 366, 376, 342, 506 I.P.C., P.S. Farah, District Mathura, pending in the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No.2, Mathura.
After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the applicant states that he may be permitted to withdraw the present application as he would raise all the points at the time of framing of charge.
Accordingly, the present application U/s 482 Cr.P.C. is dismissed as withdrawn without any liberty to file afresh.
