Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.

This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed with a prayer that the learned Addl. District & Sessions Judge-XIV, Ghaziabad be directed to conclude / decide the Sessions Trial No.923 of 2018 (State Vs. Nilesh and others) arising out of case crime no.149 of 2016 under Sections 323, 324, 504, 506, 307, 325 IPC, P.S. Niwadi, District Ghaziabad expeditiously.

Learned counsel for the applicant urged that the learned lower court may be directed to decide the sessions trial as mentioned above expeditiously.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and having considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, the court concerned is directed to decide the aforesaid sessions trial expeditiously fixing short dates if there is no other legal impediment.

Both the parties are hereby directed to cooperate the court concerned in deciding the aforesaid sessions trial and no unnecessary adjournment shall be granted to either of the parties.

With the aforesaid direction, this application is finally disposed of.
