Heard Sri Prashant Sharma, learned counsel for the applicants, Sri Arun Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the opposite party and learned A.G.A. for the State.

The instant application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for quashing the charge sheet dated 15.05.2017 as well as entire proceedings of Case Crime No. 233 of 2017, under Sections 147, 447, 323, 504, 506, 324, 325 IPC, Police Station Ghanaura, District Amroha/J.P. Nagar, pending before Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Amroha.

Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the dispute between the parties have already been amicably settled and the compromise has been taken place between the parties. The compromise has been filed alongwith joint affidavit through compromise deed on 20.12.2017 by the parties. In the supplementary affidavit, the order passed by the Judicial Magistrate dated 21.03.2018 has been appended as Annexure No. SA-1 in which the compromise between the parties has been verified.

In view of the above, the proceedings of the aforesaid Case Crime No. 233 of 2017 are hereby quashed.

The application stands allowed.
