The present application has been filed with a prayer for a direction to the court below to decide the applicant's Bail Application No. 4809 of 2018 (Kishan Dev v. State of U.P.) connected with Bail Application No. 808/2019 (Kishan Dev V. State of U.P.) in Case Crime No. 0449 of 2018, under section 363,366,354, IPC and 7/8 of POCSO Act, Police StationChiluatal, Gorakhpur, District- Gorakhpur within the reasonable time fixed by the Court.
After hearing the learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA and after perusing the material brought on record, this Court is of the opinion that learned counsel for the applicant could not point out any good ground which may warrant interference by this Court for issuance of a direction to the court below.
Present application lacks merit and is accordingly dismissed .
No order as to costs.
