Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The only prayer made by the applicant is to direct the Court below to decide the Case No. 643 of 2018 (Mohd. Avesh Vs. Mohd. Ayoob Kaliya) under Section 420, 467, 468, 471 I.P.C. pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Mawana, Meerut within a stipulated period.
Learned AGA submits that the case is of the year 2018. No doubt, every case is expected to be decided as expeditiously as possible by the Courts, but the learned Courts below are having big roaster, due to which some time in spite of best efforts, decisions are slightly delayed.
In view of above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is finally disposed off with a direction to the Judicial Magistrate, Mawana, Meerut to decide the aforesaid case as expeditiously as possible, in case there is no other legal impediment, if possible preferably within a period of three months, in accordance with law, from the date of production of certified copy of the order by the applicant.
The application stands disposed of accordingly.
