Heard Sri Santosh Kumar Shukla, learned councel for applicants and Sri, Ankit Srivastava, learned A.G.A. for the state.

This application under section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed with a prayer to quash the entire criminal proceeding of Case no. 384/2019 pending before Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ghaziabad, and quash the charge sheet dated 09.01.2019 arising out of Case Crime no.1010/2018 u/s 147,148,149,323 and 325 I.P.C. P.S. Tronika City, District Ghaziabad.

Learned counsel for the applicants stated that the compromise has taken place among the applicants, O.P. No.2 and all the injured which has been filed before the trial court but the date of the same is not mentioned in the said compromise.

In view of the above, this application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is disposed of with a direction that the trial court shall dispose of the said compromise which is annexed at page nos. 36 and 37 of the paper book within 15 days after submission of certified copy of this Court’s order by the accused applicants. Till then no coercive action shall be taken against the accused applicants.

If O.P. No.2 has any grievance with this order, he may approach this Court.
