Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA and perused the record.
This is the second application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. The earlier application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. No. 27148 of 2017 was disposed of vide order dated 25.08.2017 in which the applicant has granted liberty to surrender before the Court concerned within 45 days but the applicant has not avail the liberty.
Accordingly, the present application u/s 482 Cr.P.C stands rejected .
