This application under section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed with the prayer to extend the time for depositing 20% of whole amount of Rs. 5.,66,266/further one month in pursuance of the order dated 10.5.2019 passed by Sessions Judge, Aligarh in appeal no. 58 of 2019 (Harbir Singh Vs. State of U.P.).
By the aforesaid order, the applicant has been directed to deposit 20% of the amount,he is liable to pay to the opposite party no.2 in pursuance of the order of the trial court dated 12.4.2019.
The applicant prays that he may be granted two months further time to deposit 20% of the amount since he is not able to arrange the amount as directed by the trial court vide order dated 10.5.2019.
This application is finally disposed of directing the applicant to deposit the aforesaid amount within six weeks from today.
It is made clear that in case application does not comply the order, this application of the applicant stand dismissed.
