This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C., has been filed with a prayer to direct the Additional Sessions Judge, Court No. 11, Muzaffar Nagar to conclude the trial of Complaint Case No. 1447/9 of 2011 (S.T. No. 1447 of 2013) (State Vs. Ragib and others) under Section 307, 323, 504 IPC, Police Station Kakrauli, District Muzaffar Nagar within a stipulated period fixed by this Court.
Learned counsel for the applicant contended that the aforesaid case may be directed to be decided within time frame fixed by this Court.
