This is an application for withdrawal of the present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. as withdrawn. Application is supported by an affidavit Lakshman Maurya, who is the brother of the applicant.
In paragraph 2 of the application, it is stated that the applicant does not want to press the proceedings as the controversy involved in the present case they amicably settled the matter outside the Court.
In view of the above, application is allowed.
Application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. stands dismissed as withdrawn.
