Heard Sri Mahesh Chandra Rai, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Abhinav Prasad, learned AGA for the State and perused the record.

This application has been filed under section 482 Cr.P.C., with a prayer to stay/quash the impugned order dated 29.4.2019 passed by Upper Sessions Judge/F.T.C. Room No. -1, Ghazipur in S.T. No.31/2019(State v. Amit Verma @ Amit Prakash Verma) arising out of Case Crime No. 298/218, under section 498A, 304-B,IPC and 3/4 of D.P. Act, Police StationKotwali, District- Ghazipur, whereby application of the applicant under section 227 and 228 Cr.PC. has been rejected, pending before Upper Sessions Judge/F.T.C. Room No. 1, Ghazipur.

Learned counsel for the applicant has confined his prayer to the extent that a direction be issued to the court below to expedite the matter within the stipulated period of time fixed by this Court.

In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the applicant, no useful purpose would be served in keeping the application pending which is finally disposed of with a direction to the concerned court below to consider and decide the S.T. No.31/2019 (State v. Amit Verma @ Amit Prakash Verma) arising out of Case Crime No. 298/218, under section 498A, 304-B,IPC and 3/4 of D.P. Act, Police Station- Kotwali, DistrictGhazipur, expeditiously preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, in accordance with law after hearing the concerned parties, without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the party, in case the proceedings of the aforesaid case, is not stayed by any Court.
