The applicants by means of this application under section 482 Cr.P.C. has invoked the inherent jurisdiction of this Court with a prayer to quash the charge sheet no. 68/2014, Case Crime No. 390/2013, Case No. 693/2014 (State Vs. Sashi Dwivedi), under sections 498A, 323, 504, 506, 352 IPC and 3/4 D.P. Act, charge sheet dated 23.04.2014, Police Station Mahila, District Kanpur Nagar (U.P.).
In view of the order dated 30.04.2014 passed in Application U/s 482 No. 14821 of 2014 the present application is rejected.
