Heard Sri Vishal Mohan Gupta, learned counsel for the applicants and Sri Abhinav Prasad, learned AGA for the State.
The present revision has been filed with a prayer to quash the entire proceedings of Case Crime No. 109 of 2016, as well as Case No. 305 of 2017, dated 10.3.2017, under sections 498A, 323, 504,506 IPC, and 3/4 of D.P. Act, Police Station- Mahila Thana, pending before Civil Judge (S.D.)/F.T.C. Gautam Budh Nagar.
Learned AGA has submitted that applicants have earlier approached this Court by means of Application under section 482 No. 21893 of 2017 which has been finally disposed off. It is further submitted that applicants have against approached this Court against the same Case Crime and Section.
Perused the order dated 18.7.2017 passed by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Application U/S 482 No. 21893 of 2017, there appears to be no ground which may warrant interference by this Court for quashing the proceedings of the aforesaid case pending before the court concerned.
Accordingly, instant application is rejected.
