This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C has been filed to quash the proceedings in Complaint Case No. 163 of 2005 (Madhu Arora Vs. Ranjeet Chopada and others) under Section 323,504,506 IPC, pending before the Court of J.M. Firozabad. I have perused the impugned order dated 19.03.2005 , by which learned Court below has summoned the applicants under Section 323,504,506 IPC
Learned AGA submits that from perusal of the impugned order dated 19.3.2005, it appears that learned Magistrate has passed a detail order on the basis of evidence available on record, in accordance with law.
I have gone through the impugned order and have perused the record.
After careful consideration of the matter, I am of the view that learned Magistrate has rightly passed the order summoning the applicants and the same does not suffer from any infirmity or illegality.
In view of above, this application is hereby dismissed. The interim order granted earlier, stands discharged. Order Date :- 8.3.2019 Shahid
