Heard learned counsel for the parties.

This application has been filed under section 482 Cr.PC with prayer to set aside the impugned orders dated 26.2.2019 passed by Incharge Sessions Judge, Ghaziabad in Crl. Misc. Case No. 78 of 2019 (Smt. Praksh Cevi and others v. State and others) and also order dated 13.3.2019 passed by ACJM,Court no. 3, Ghaziabad in Crl. Case No. 8703 of 2016 (State v. Suraj and others) connected with Case Crime No. 717 of 2016 under section 498A, 323,326,307 IPC , Police Station Sihani Gate, DistrictGhaziabad and further direct the learned ACJM, Court No. -3 Ghaziabad as well as the Sessions Judge/Court, Ghaziabad to pass suitable orders regarding the committal of the applicants, so that the discharge application filed under the directions of the Hon'ble Supreme Court may be heard expeditiously.

Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the applicants and perusal of material available on record, I am of the view that it would be appropriate to direct the learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ghaziabad to pass appropriate orders on the discharge application moved by the applicants.

Accordingly, Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ghaziabad is directed to pass appropriate orders on the discharge application moved by the applicants in accordance with law.

With the above observations/directions, present application stands disposed of.
