Supplementary Affidavit filed today by learned counsel for the applicants and counter affidavit filed today by learned counsel for O.P. No.2 are taken on record.

Heard Shri Sanjay Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for the applicants, learned A.G.A. for the State and Shri Sushil Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for O.P. No.2.

Present application under Section 482, Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicants for quashing the complaint case No.723 of 2017, under Sections 427, 323, IPC, P.S. Saroorpur Khurd, District Meerut, pending in the court of Judicial Magistrate Sardhana Meerut including the summoning order dated 25.8.2017 passed by the aforesaid court.

In the supplementary affidavit copy of compromise has been annexed as Annexure SA-1 in which it is stated that the parties entered into compromise and does not want to press the present case including two other cases.

In the counter affidavit filed by O.P. No.2 the compromise was accepted and parties agreed that the present application be allowed by quashing the entire proceeding of the complaint case.

In view of above, proceedings of the aforesaid case are quashed. Application stands allowed.
