Supplementary affidavit filed today, is taken on record.

After a brief argument, only submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner is that a direction may be issued to the revisional court to decide the Civil Revision No.120 of 2018, within a stipulated period, inasmuch as, in case, of decision in the suit the same would be rendered infructuous.

Considering the said submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and after perusal of the record, it is provided that the revisional court shall make an endeavour to decide the Civil Revision No.120 of 2018 (Ramakshaibar Vs.Vanshraj) , preferably, within a period of one month from today, or on the next date fixed, in case, the other party has duly appeared before the revisional court, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to any of the party and the matter shall not be kept for long.

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed its opinion as to the merits of claim of the petitioner/ revisionist nor has interfered in the proceedings of the suit.

The present petition is disposed of, accordingly.
