Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The present petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed for deciding the application 6-C for grant of temporary injunction in Original Suit No. 354 of 2017 (Sughar Singh Vs. Suresh Chandra and another within the stipulated time.
The contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the suit was filed in the year 2017 along with application for grant of temporary injunction but the same has not been decided till date.
Under the facts and circumstances enumerated above, a direction is issued to the Civil Judge (JD), City, Farrukhabad to decide the aforesaid application for grant of temporary injuction (6-C), expeditiously, preferably within a period four months from the date of production of certified copy of this order before it.
With the above direction, the present petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is disposed of.
