The prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to the trial court to decide the objections filed by the defendantpetitioner against the ex-parte interim injunction granted by the trial court in favour of the plaintiff-respondents in Original Suit No. 1424 of 2016.
Having regard to the facts of the case, the instant petition is disposed of with direction to the trial court to finalize the matter relating to temporary injunction after taking into consideration the objections filed by the petitioner expeditiously, preferably within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of the this order, provided there is no legal impediment.
