The prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to the trial court to decide Original Suit No.558 of 2013, expeditiously.
The suit in question has been filed by the petitioner for specific performance. A perusal of order sheet reveals that the defendant has already entered appearance and even issues were framed in the case long back. The matter is now being fixed for recording evidence of the plaintiff and his witnesses.
Having regard to the facts of the case and the submissions made, the instant petition is disposed of by directing the trial court to decide the suit expeditiously, by fixing short dates and without granting unnecessary adjournments.
