The sole prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to the trial court to decide application for temporary injunction bearing Paper No.6-C in Original Suit No.1081 of 2018 expeditiously.
Learned counsel for the petitioner-plaintiff points out that on 18.5.2019 the defendants were given time to file written statement and objection to the injunction application and 10.7.2019 was fixed for disposal of the injunction application. According to him, the injunction application was not decided on that date and next date now fixed is 5.8.2019.
Having regard to the above fact, instant petition is disposed of with direction to the trial court to make serious endeavour to decide the application for temporary injunction expeditiously, preferably within eight weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
