At the outset, counsel for the petitioner states that the instant petition be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file a fresh petition, as the prayer made is not proper.
Accordingly, the petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty in terms of the prayer made.
In case any fresh petition is filed, its copy shall be served on Sri H.P. Mishra Advocate, who has filed caveat in the instant petition on behalf of the plaintiff-respondents.
