Dulcha Singh & Others) and Execution No. 11 of 2004, Dulcha Singh and Others Vs. Khila & Others, which is pending.
Having heard the counsel for the petitioner, the petition is disposed of by directing the respondent no. 1, Civil Judge, Senior Division, Saharanpur to dispose of Misc. Case No. 173 of 2010 (Pahal Singh Vs. Dulcha Singh & Others) and Execution No. 11 of 2004, Dulcha Singh and Others Vs. Khila & Others, expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order, strictly in accordance with law.
